These Terms of Service“( Terms”) govern your use of mightyvisionai.agency“( Site”) and services provided by Mighty Vision LLC“( we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing our Site or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Mighty Vision LLC provides AI-driven marketing automation solutions for local businesses, including:

● AI websites, chatbots, and voice agents

● Automated SMS/email marketing and pipelines

● Analytics and reporting tools

● CRM and third-party integrations

● Templates designed for TCPA, GDPR, and TCR compliance

2. 30-Day Kickoff Guarantee

We offer a 30-Day Kickoff Guarantee: if core AI workflows are not launched within 30 days, we’ll credit you for the next month of service.

3. Ownership and Access

You own your stack—all systems and data reside in your Mighty Vision AI sub-account. You may cancel at any time. Data portability requests can be fulfilled upon termination.

4. SMS/Text Communication Consent

You agree not to use our services for SMS/text communication unless explicit user opt-in is collected. Our opt-in form includes the message:

“I consent to receive SMS/text communications from Mighty Vision and agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Message frequency varies. For help, reply HELP. To opt out, reply

STOP.”

As a user or client, you are responsible for using our templates in compliance with TCR/A2P 10DLC guidelines.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

● Send spam or unsolicited messages

● Upload viruses or malicious code

● Use AI automation for illegal, deceptive, or discriminatory purposes

● Infringe on intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

All content, platform templates, software, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Mighty Vision LLC or its licensors. You may not reuse or replicate them without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific business results. Services are offered “as-is.”

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

You may cancel anytime without penalty. Upon termination, we will provide access to export your data upon request.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA.
